The 1600AN Series Adaptor is specifically designed to mate with OPW Kamvalok® Couplings to help prevent liquid spillage during the connection/disconnection process. The adaptor contains a spring-loaded poppet to assure fast closing and tight seal.

Because of its unique poppet action the OPW Kamvalok® Dry Disconnect virtually eliminates spillage of any residual liquid contained within the line after disconnection. Kamvaloks® are used at transfer points where product loss is unacceptable.

Common applications include: paint, lacquers, inks, adhesives, fatty acids, pharmaceuticals, liquid soaps, petroleum products, solvents, ag-chemicals, vegetable oils, detergents, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) and many acids and caustics.

Genuine OPW repair kits include all items required to repair the newer 'AN' series one-piece or older 'AN' series two-piece adapters with o-ring seals. Other seal materials are available, please contact our Parts Department for more information.

Even older 2 piece 'A' series adapters with flat seat discs have repair kits available. Please contact our Parts Department for more info.

Genuine OPW repair kits include all items required to repair the newer 'DL' or 'ESL' series locking lever couplers, or the older 'D' or 'ES' series non-locking lever couplers. Other seal materials are available, please contact our Parts Department for more information. Cam arms and Gaskets Listed also.
Item numbers that contain an 'L' are for newer Locking Lever Style Couplers.
