Threaded Cast Iron Line Strainer - Bottom Cleanout
285 Series Line Strainers - 50 PSI Operating Pressure
Y-type strainer used in pipelines to filter debris from flowing into and damaging equipment such as a pump or a meter. Strainer basket is removable for cleaning and/or replacement. Basket access is from the bottom.

Construction Details
Cast iron body and cap, malleable iron yoke, 304 stainless strainer. 4 size available with 8, 14, or 100 mesh only. Threaded (NPT) connections.
